So last night, boyfriend assistant chef and I decided that we wanted to go all-out. I’m talking 5 stars. We threw steaks on the grill, made some INCREDIBLE potato crisps (that I’ll share with you in another post), and these delicious Red Lobster biscuits. I ate at least 4 and didn’t regret a single bite. I’m drooling just thinking about them… but you get the point.
Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Yields 10-12
2 Cups Bisquick Mix
2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter (Melted)
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Mix your Bisquick, milk, and cheddar cheese until you have a soft dough. Drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet (or improvise like us college kids and use whatever flat[ish] pan you can find) and bake for 8-10 minutes. While they are baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsely; remove golden brown biscuits from the oven and generously brush the butter mixture oover the warm biscuits before removing them from the pan. Serve warm!
Thank you Rasa for the great recipe!
